14. Right of withdrawal

14.1. The user has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without needing to provide any justification, by notifying us via email at  hello@giraffa.co.

14.2. The aforementioned right of withdrawal will not be valid for products that have been manufactured according to the buyer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Nor will it apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene and health protection, or in cases where the products have suffered damage or a decrease in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary (taking into account the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods).

14.3. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

14.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at hello@giraffa.co of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement.

14.5. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.

15. Consequences of withdrawal

15.1. In the event of your withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

15.2. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.

15.3. You will be responsible for arranging the shipment and bearing the direct cost of returning the goods.

15.4. You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary (taking into account the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods).

15.5. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods and verified that none of the exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply, or that the products have not suffered any damage.
