1. Purpose

1.1. Giraffa (Maria Alba Calls Clavera), the website owner, provides users with this document, which aims to fulfill the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all website users about its terms of use. 1.2. Any person accessing this website and using its services, or providing their data, assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and rigorous compliance with the provisions contained herein, as well as any other applicable legal provision. 1.3. The purpose of this contract is to regulate the provision of services offered through this website, specifically, the sale of accessories printed with animal and plant illustrations. 1.4. The contractual document governing the provision of our services and sale of products through the website: giraffa.co owned by Giraffa (Maria Alba Calls Clavera), hereinafter referred to as the provider, is set out below. Acceptance of this document implies that the user:

a. Has read, understands, and comprehends what is stated herein.

b. Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.

c. Assumes and accepts all the obligations set forth herein.

1.5. These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the provider's website until the publication of a new version.

2. Identity of the parties

2.1. On the one hand, the provider, identified above, and on the other, the user, registered on the website, who will be responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.

3. Contracting procedure

3.1. The contracting procedure can be carried out in Spanish, English, and Catalan. If it can be carried out in another language, it will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure. 3.2. To access the services offered by the provider, the user must register through the website, either as a user or to place a specific order. For this purpose, the user must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data requested. 3.3. During the contracting process, information will be provided on the different steps to follow, and the data entered can be modified if necessary. The different steps to follow in the purchasing process are as follows:

a. Product, color (if applicable), size (if applicable), and quantity selection.

b. Shopping cart. Entry of discount codes.

c. Indication of whether the buyer is already registered on the site or not.

d. Entry of personal data, delivery and billing address. Acceptance of legal notice/privacy policies.

e. Indication of payment method.

f. Order confirmation, purchase. Acceptance of the general conditions.

g. Payment.

h. Sending of purchase confirmation email.

3.4. In any case, the user will be informed once the contracting procedure is completed, through the provider's contracting platform, and by sending the previously indicated email confirming the purchase made. 3.5. The provider will not archive the electronic document; we recommend that you save and print the order confirmation message and the emails you receive related to your purchase.

4. Payment methods

4.1. Payment for services can be made through the following channels:

a. Credit card payment (Stripe).

b. PayPal.

c. BIZUM (only available in Spain).

d. Bank transfer.

5. Prices

5.1. The prices indicated for each of the products offered on the site include Value Added Tax (VAT). 5.2. The prices applicable to each service will be those published on the website or those offered as special offers and promotions on the website or in banners, commercial communications from the provider, etc. 5.3. The invoice will be sent via email once the order has been validated by the provider. 5.4. If services other than those indicated above are agreed upon, different prices may be established.

6. User Obligations

6.1. The user must be fully responsible for the confidential treatment and proper safekeeping of their passwords, preventing unauthorized third parties from accessing them. 6.2. To contract the services/products offered through this web portal, a series of data is requested from the user. The purpose of this request is to enable the contract and execute the contracted service under the proper conditions. In this regard, the user undertakes that the requested and declared data are true, complete, and accurate, and also undertakes to notify the provider of any change affecting them as soon as possible, to avoid problems that may arise if the provider has incorrect or outdated data.

7. Data Protection

7.1. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the protection of personal data, your data will become part of a file under the responsibility of Giraffa (Maria Alba Calls Clavera), for the purpose of managing everything related to the purchase process through our website and, if you authorize us, to send you communications about Giraffa. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending an express request to the address Marinada 52, La Garriga 08530, Barcelona or to the email hello@giraffa.co. Also through the link created for this purpose at the bottom of all commercial communications sent by Giraffa.

8. Safeguard Clause

8.1. The possible invalidity or ineffectiveness of one or more clauses of these general conditions, due to any cause, will not determine the invalidity or ineffectiveness of the whole, which will remain valid and effective for all other clauses.

9. Reporting incidents

9.1. If you have any incidents related to the service, either before or after the purchase, you can contact us at hello@giraffa.co.

10. Warranty

10.1. All products marketed through the website have a corresponding 2-year warranty, in accordance with the terms established in the relevant regulatory framework. Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that non-conformities that appear within 6 months after product delivery already existed when the item was delivered, except when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the non-conformity.

11. Legislation and Jurisdiction

11.1. The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms comprising these terms of use, as well as any matter related to the portal's services, will be Spanish law. 11.2. For the resolution of any controversy that may arise from the use of the portal and its services, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the judges and courts of the user's domicile, or those that, in each case, the procedural and/or consumer and user regulations establish.
