12. Shipping

12.1. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically once the user has entered the delivery address during the purchase process.

12.2. The cost will be borne by the user, unless otherwise agreed.

12.3. The cost will be specified in detail on the invoice that the user will receive via email once the provider has validated the order.

12.4. Free shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands for orders over €60 (VAT included). Free shipping to Europe for orders over €80 (VAT included).

12.5. In some cases, depending on the order's destination address, the user may choose between several shipping options with different associated costs.

13. Shipping Times

13.1. Spain, Andorra and Portugal

• Correos Express: Delivery in 1 business day (24h).
• Correos: Delivery in 2-3 business days (48-72h).

13.2. Other territories in Europe

• UPS Standard:
  • France: Delivery in 1-2 business days.
  • Netherlands: Delivery in 2 business days.
  • Germany: Delivery in 3-4 business days.
  • Italy, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Luxembourg and Monaco: Delivery in 2-6 business days.

• Correos Paq Light Internacional: Delivery in 3-10 business days. However, this may vary depending on the postal service in each territory. This service is available for the following countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Greece, Jersey, and Norway.

13.3. Orders received before 11:30 AM will be prepared and shipped the same day. After that time, they will be shipped the next day. Orders received during the weekend will be prepared and shipped on Monday. Orders received on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.

13.4 Unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances may affect delivery times. For example, the pandemic or the large volume of shipments that transport companies handle during the Christmas season.
